CEO for Solid Tak och Bygg AB

We are looking for you who want to drive, develop, and lead an established company in an industry where quality and professional pride make a difference every day. Do you have experience from the construction industry, a good eye for business, and a feel for people? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

Your Role
As CEO, you are the strategic and operational driving force of the company. This involves, among other things:

• Leading and inspiring employees through engaged and inclusive leadership
• Driving continued profitability and growth through business development, market outreach, and customer focus
• Ensuring high quality, safety, and sustainability in all projects
• Collaborating with other companies within Teqt Group for knowledge exchange, material supply, and synergies
• Being responsible for financial targets, reporting, and forecasts

Who are you?
An inspiring leader who enjoys engaging in internal operational matters as well as external, customer-facing contacts and collaborations. You thrive being engaged on-site during project execution and working closely with both staff and customers. You also enjoy representing the company, creating contacts, and closing deals. In addition to your personal qualities, you need substantial experience from the construction, contracting, or sheet metal industry, likely from roles such as CEO, operations manager, or project manager, as well as strong financial and construction technical competence.
